SPIDER welcomes a new staff member

SPIDER welcomes a new staff member, Magnus Lundsten who joined us as ICT4D advisor on 4th May,2009. Magnus has more than 10 years experience of working with ICT and his background is in e-governance, project management (IT-projects), political science and economics. He has had various roles in developing e-government systems since 1996.

Since 2003, he has been working with ICT4D in different capacities both at Sida and as a consultant. He has lived and worked in East Africa (mainly Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda) for 7 years. With such a varied background, we are certain that he will make a significant contribution to the development of SPIDER.
